The bedroom was comfortable, the pool area was nice, and the location was marvelous and unbeatable, close to the city's outskirts and a short walk from the nearest Metro station - overall a great experience.

The staff are amazingly friendly and efficient.

We liked the location of this hotel with its good transport links to the city centre and convenient shopping centre. Breakfast in hotel was good. Helpful staff at breakfast.

Reception staff not very friendly. Valance sheet on bed soiled. Inadequate cleaning of bathroom. Hairdryer not functioning even after drawing attention to reception staff. Had to ask for towels for 3rd person in room. Checkout unclear that breakfast was included in our package. Bedroom corridor very shabby, especially carpet. Did not get room with double and 2 singles.(got double and sofa bed-uncomfortable for sofa bed user). Room very small. No lift to 1st floor a disadvantage when carrying heavy luggage.

The rooms here are always up-to-date and have practical amenities like Xbox and access to CNN programming.

Easy to find from leaving the motorway. Staff wre very friendly and when we had a problem with lights in the room they moved us to another room without any fuss. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food choice and quality was good.
